The Grand Traverse County Road Commission advertises for bids on annual materials and service, typically in the spring. Once awarded, bid price may be extended for a 2nd year if mutually agreed upon by the vendor and the Road Commission.

Vendors must register on this site to download proposal attachments. All bids are accepted by hard copy. Bid envelope must list the item being bid on the exterior and be sealed.
